今更ながら、Wiiの日本版のジャストダンス１，２をプレイして、このシリーズにはまりました。もともと洋楽が好きで、日本版の選曲には不満があったので、こちらを購入しました。また、このソフトをプレイするためにPlayStation MoveとPS Eye Cameraも購入しました。PS3版のパッケージには2014までのように、「PlayStation Move Required」の表記がなかったので「もしかしたらムーブなしでも遊べるのか？」と勘違いして購入したけど、結局ムーブがないとプレイできなかったですね。なぜこの表記が消えたのか、納得できません。騙された気分でした。しかし、実際にプレイしてみたら、そんな不満もかき消されるぐらいハマりました。洋楽好きにはたまらない豪かな選曲ですね。それでWiiの日本版よりも曲数が多い。あと、個人的な感想ですが、Wiiの日本版と比較すると、判定がすごく甘い気がします。私はWiiでは、初見の曲で２０００点台、知ってる曲でも４０００点台行けばいいレベルなんですがこのPS3版では、初見の曲でも６０００～８０００点台、何回かプレイしたら１００００点も超えて曲によっては簡単にファイブスターもゲットできました。短気で忍耐力のないアメリカ人向けにレベルが下げてあるのでしょうか？（ちなみに、この後、PS3版の「3」「4」もプレイしてみたけど、「3」はwiiの日本版と同じく全然得点出ず、「4」はこの2016と同じく高得点出ました。「4」以降は判定が甘くなっているのでしょうか？）とにかく、馴染みのある曲で、得点も出やすいので、本当に楽しくプレイできます。wiiの日本版でくじけた方も、騙されたと思ってこのPS3版を遊んでみて下さい！ちなみにハマりすぎて近所から苦情が来たので、今は中段しています。次の契約更新の際には一戸建てに移ることを考えています・・・。

I purchased this game for my kids. They love it! Placed my order and received before Christmas. My daughter loves the music (she's 2 1/2) and gets excited when she sees the screen on the TV. Additional feature this year was PS Move camera recording your dancing which then can be posted to FB etc. if you want (don't have to). You also have the option to compete against people from around the world in competition as well as earning avatars for completing certain songs/mash-ups etc. There are a lot of options that come with this game and always something new for the kids to dance to. If you just love to dance, they also have exercise options as well for people that want to exercise along with the game. Quality game, keeps the kids entertained and something for the adults too (if you want). A definite must for people who love music and dancing!

My kids (ages 8 and 11) were tired of "Just Dance for Kids," and the last "Just Dance" I looked at (maybe 7 years ago) was rated "T" for teens, so I was relieved to see this one is rated "E" for "Everyone 10+" though I wasn't sure what that meant. Overall, I'd say that's accurate--it's probably also safe enough for kids who are even younger, though the moves may be too complicated for them. They've sanitized the words in a way that is subtle (for example, All About that Bass says "bringing beauty back" instead of "bringing booty back" and "hold me tight" instead of "hold at night," in addition to switching out the swear words) so it's not obnoxious or even really noticeable, especially when you're jumping around :) In all the videos the faces are mostly blanked out (in an "everything looks funky" way, rather than "faces blurred out"way), so the focus is on body movement without the distraction of facial expressions. Some of them do have moves that are mildly suggestive, **but** the most-suggestive one is danced by a PANDA, so your 3rd grader will be pretty much oblivious to that aspect of the moves--mine actually get the overall moves and apparently don't even see the pelvic subtleties - hah. Overall, it's fun and current enough to engage your kids, plus includes a few classics and a few super-quirky songs that round it out for an enjoyable mix.
