Trim for buckle and the metal logo plate are misaligned by nearly an inch and make the briefcase appear to be cheaply constructed. Makes poor impression. I will be returning this and do not trust quality control enough to exchange for a different one. Will be looking for alternative product to purchase. Disappointing lack of attention to detail.

When I first received this bag when I purchased it back in April. I was thrilled. It looked nice made. It was a little bigger than I expected. I didn’t start using the bag for work until the end of August. It’s not the end of September and the bag already broke. I don’t have much in it. The hooks would constantly get snagged on the leather. I went to pull it off and the metal just simply snapped. Now I can’t carry it on my shoulder and now have to carry it by the handle until that breaks I suppose. It’s too late to return it and I don’t think I can contact the seller directly for a replacement or replacement strap. Disappointed by this purchase now. Wasn’t cheap.

Don't be afraid to buy this bag it's well made real leather and is just perfect. The craftsman put so much into it I can't believe it was sold for such a low price. Some things that could be better is to remove the pocket and zipper from the back of the bag. And to reinforce the handle. Best bag I ever bought. Congratulations to the craftsman great job.

I get SO many compliments on this bag. The leather is beautiful. The snaps work pretty well. They are snap in place buckles so it takes some precision. I love it and recommend this exact bag to everyone.
