Wiil it fit for 14" laptop like Thinkpad Carbon X1?

a 14" laptop should fit in this Samsonite Xenon 3.0 backpack. the width should not be over 9.5"

Hi - I just measured. It is about 14.5 and 15 inch could stretch it a bit. I love this bag though as it perfectly fits my 11in laptop and it is a perfect hand carry for frequent travelers.

Is it water resistant?

Mine seems to bead and shed light rain. But I don't think it would stand up to a prolonged downpour.

No, and it is not as nice as the original one I bought. I don't think I would but it again. Missing a front pocket, not as padded for the laptop, thinner materials.

Great Backpack

Have used this backpack during my international travels for the past several years. Durable, lightweight, comfortable, small enough to place under an airline seat, plenty of storage space. Has many convenient pockets and openings to store everything from a micro SD card to an iPad Pro M4 with Magic Keyboard. The water bottle storage pockets on both sides offer plenty of depth and side tension to keep the bottles secure. Zippers operate smoothly without binding.
