Is this water based or oil based???

It is a water-based Foundation. I absolutely love it! It is sweatproof for sure. I sweat a lot from my head and my makeup just doesn't come off. It's looks natural and just beautiful on, considering you get the right color. I use a damp Beauty sponge to stipple it out. I only put about a pea size amount on my finger and then just dab it on my face, then, stipple it out. You can wear the foundation and some mascara and it just looks natural. Hope that helped.
