We have not installed it yet but I expect it will look amazing in our newly remodeled master bath, ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well Made Example of Minimalist Style *by N***T on September 1, 2022* While minimalist fixture styles don't make as much of a statement as the more decorative styles, they have a timeless look that pairs well with any other more flamboyant décor. This is a good example, with clean lines and heavy duty construction that are enough to set it apart from the many minimal trims from generic brands. It looks and feels high scale, though much of the "feel" comes from the valve. Speaking of the valve, I purchased one for use with this and found it particularly easy to integrate. I normally use Moen valves and the Kohler was, surprisingly, different. That typical plaster/protection cover that comes on valves is not flat, but includes a series of three depths to choose from. Whatever you choose, this trim kit comes with different lengths of adapters to accommodate. This trim kit is designed with transfer valves in mind, but is also compatible with some other Kohler valves such as the volume valve I purchased. One thing I immediately did not like about this finish is that it seems to show fingerprint smudges much more readily than the Moen black finishes. While I always give the trim a wipe with a towel after a shower anyway and it is a small thing, it is unfortunate.
