Obagi Clenziderm M.D. Therapeutic Moisturizer

i have sensitive skin and have had a hard time finding the “just right” moisturizer for my face...about 1 year ago my esthetician recommended i use this, following the obagi clenziderm salicylic acid cleanser + toner, and here i am still using it day & night—which is a first as i tend to switch around trying out new product! i use about 3-4 pumps and it hydrates well and creates a barrier (from the elements) for my skin. it’s simple and does what it says. there is no distinct smell. days when my skin is acting up from dry/cooler weather or irritated from salicylic acid i have to apply more than once throughout the day. i typically don’t wear makeup but when i do i haven’t noticed this product causing an issue under foundation or concealers...at night i follow with retinol and in the morning i follow with SPF. the only issue i have is the way it makes my hands feel after-my sound insignificant but figured i’d include for other HSP’s out there! just rinse hands with water and you’ll be good. i am very picky/particular and this has won me over! now a staple in my skin care routine.

Been using this product since 2021 and I can absolutely say that this moisturizer along with the cleanser and toner CHANGED MY SKIN!! I mean… the results really speak for themselves but… this stuff is the real deal.

Can’t say enough good things about this moisturizer. It is so hydrating without being greasy (there are no esters, even chained polysorbates, or oils in it). It does not break out my very sensitive skin. I add a dash of sublimed sulfur powder to it, and my skin has never been so healthy. The only other product I use is the VaniCream sensitive skin face wash. I hope Obagi continues to make this for a very long time! I’m slowly stocking up and storing in my fridge, just in case. :)

This is a great moisturizer for people with sensitive skin.

I use prescription strength retinol at night and it is super drying on my skin. This product is amazing. I apply my retinol cream at night and then I put this on over it. My skin is so soft and hydrated. I am no longer having peeling and dry skin patches on my face.
