First of all, I want to point out the decent value of this (at least when I bought it for $66). While it could be better, I.E. price around $45-$55, it’s still a good middle ground between the cheap plastic lightsabers for $15 and the expensive metal xenopixels/neopixels for $250+. If you want a middle ground, this 8 pretty good. Th wonky complaints I have are that the navigation is pretty lackluster (one button, really?) and the blade has a thing at the tip that ruins the blade, and renders it less-than-advisable for videos. This would be good for dueling, as it isn’t that expensive and the metal construction is sturdy, and I don’t see this breaking. Buying a second for dueling would also be cool. The last thing I would like to point out is the instructions. I lost mine on day one, and there are no replacements pdfs avalible.

He was very picky on everything he wanted it to have and I researched for hours before I chose one. This one was significantly cheaper than the others made of the same heavy dueling adult quality he wanted his to be so I felt the purchase was going to be a bit of a gamble. I tried my luck and I'm glad I did because it was perfect he loves it. Thanks for your reasonable price point vs the others. That part is much appreciated!

We bought two plus a connector so we could join them. The saber has held up under multiple drops (it is used by kids) even in the snow. We have other lightsabers which we spent a lot more on and this is one is a good value & price by comparison, especially for a starter.

Son said don’t turn screws in it too much or you will put a dent in the saber part. Everything else seems to be great.

Didn’t give me any additional light but blue. Sounds were sporadic.

Was a birthday gift, but did not come with instructions.
