So when I first purchased this hand, it broke on me within the first month. Screws came out and everything BUT they seen my review and immediately emailed me and sent me a replacement right away. It came quickly. Very satisfied with the way they handled my review. Very impressed

Do not like that the nails and tip of fingers keep coming off and apart. Is a good way to practice but takes to long when the parts keep falling apart.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a pretty good practice hand with a little tweak. I clip off the back cuticle and file the sidewall ledge to make it flush to the practice hand like a real hand. The only thing I don’t like about the hand is that after turning it over several times, the bolt inside comes loose and the hand doesn’t hold its upright position well, it would fall off to the side. That can get a little annoying after some time. When it really bothers me, I take the hand apart and tighten up the bolt inside, but I’ll only last for short time before the bolt comes loose again. Other than that, it’s a pretty good practice hand. Definitely worth it if you are a beginner and need something cheap to practice on.

How do you sell a product that still does not have replacement nails? I've kept it because it is very nice and sturdy and the best part is the nails don't fall off as easily but I'm hoping they sell the replacement nails soon since I still have not used it waiting for them. Will update my review once they do.

If you have the money just invest in a silicone hand which you can get for a little more than double the price of this one. This one is such a headache. Its almost impossible to practice filing. The tips just pop off every 2 seconds! It was still worth it to practice applying acrylic. They need to find a way to keep the tips better secured because I would have given it 5 stars the tips didnt pop off because the rest is well made and a very good price.

The media could not be loaded.  Amazing quality! I was super spectacle to buy this because of some of the reviews but I just went ahead and bought it anyway and I love it it’s so sturdy the nails are strong you can hear three clicks when press down the nails! I would say definitely buy it

This item broke within days of using it just 4 times. I ordered a replacement and have yet to receive it. Save yourself frustration and buy a quality hand!!
