Runs small. My daughter is tall but skinny for her age. She normally wears 9-12 months but I ordered the 18-24 months and it barely fit her. There’s a thick stiff band across the top and I think it makes it uncomfortable. My daughter kept tugging at it and scratched herself. It’s Super cute on! Just wish it was a softer materialUpdate: Material is SO scratchy/rough and daughter hates wearing it, probably going to return
