Dud!
Item was ordered for my grandson for Christmas! He opens 1 day before because he was excited! It worked for a few minutes and stopped and never cam on again. My grandson cried. I was mad! I called they sent another and apologized. Awesome! That one worked longer: 2 days and died. My daughter didnโt tell me because she knew I would be disappointed and upset. She told me just recently moths later. Lol. She stated he did enjoy it while it worked. And he sat calmly and played with it. Nothing he had done. I actually researched and learned, through reviews, this item is a dud. Donโt purchase. I am trying to go back and reviewes for many other items. Listen to consumers! They will tell the truth!

Head Scratcher
I got this for my son for Christmas last year, and he absolutely loves it. He's 5 going on 6, and plays with it every day. The problem is, whatever batteries that were put into this thing are now going dead, and the robot says he's going out of energy and shuts off. I can't figure out where the batteries are located. I opened the back of it where it says usb charging cord, and there aren't any batteries nor is there a cord. I opened its head, no batteries. I unscrewed a part on its side, nothing. I have no clue where this supposed cord is located, nor where batteries should be stored as there isn't a place for them. I don't ever recall even putting batteries into it last year when we purchased it. It's incredible that it has lasted this long. I'm desperate to know how to charge this thing, as my son is devastated that his 'buddy robot' is dying. Someone from TopRace please help! Thank you!

BUYER BEWARE This is not suitable for a child 3+
Please listen and watch this video these are the stories it tells the kids which in my opinion is extremely not ok to be telling kids about death the stories should be more about happy things so BUYER BEWARE

Sent used items to me twice
I ordered this for Christmas for my son. It arrived promptly. However, upon inspection of my item I noticed that the seal was already broken and the inside of the toy box was shredded. I could tell that this toy had already been opened and played with. I opened the box and the robot was dirty and the bottom feet were sticky. I boxed him back up and returned it hoping for an actual new item. The next one I got was the same exact thing. I decided to plug him up and let him charge. Put 2 fresh batteries inside. He died within seconds. The robot kept saying "need new batteries".It's just not acceptable to be sent 2 used, damaged, returned, restocked items to customers. Appears that I'm not alone on this matter.
