Q: Why do the sunday, friday, and saturday leds flash when in stop-watch mode? is it supposed to do this? if not, how do i make it stop?

When you press the B button the first time the Friday stop flashing (stopwatch). Pressing B again starts the Friday again. Reset Press B starts the stopwatch pressing C makes the Thursday start flashing.along. Sunday and Saturday always Flash. Flashing Friday Stop/Start Stopwatch active. Flashing Thursday Spilt Time active. The flashing is part of the Stopwatch Mode..

Q: Can u do interval timing, like 3 minutes and 1 minute alternating?

I don't know. I certainly cannot but perhaps I just don't know the procedures.

Q: How to turn stopwatch off ?

It should be the same button, B. This starts and stops the stopwatch. The left button, C, will reset it back to zero.

Q: Model shown is not my model. my model is solar powered

If there is no display on the LCD or the display becomes dim, remove the screws in the back of the unit and replace with 2 new LR44 batteries according to the polarity information. (This comes directly from the manual for our solar powered stopwatch)
