This product needs to be constantly charged. After around 10 minutes of use, the battery runs out and you need to charge it again. To top it off, you can’t use it while it’s charging! How convenient

I bought it for my daughter three months ago, it was used pretty decently but one of the hinges started giving problems and the keypad became unusable. I have been trying to see if it can be sent out for warranty or repair but there are no options.

After one week of use the keyboard already broken - keys don’t register when you type. Can’t exchange or refund either. Total waste of money and very disappointed
