It’s 1/2 inch in height I guess you would call it! It’s my favorite watch so far!! **Q: How do you adjust the size of the band?** A: I used the tool found in an eyeglass kit for screwing back on the arm of your glasses. Unclasp the watch band, look for a teeny tiny arrow. The arrow points to the area you need to lift with the tool.
