It took a while for my gut to get used it, but it certainly helps recovery from sweaty workouts and active warm days. It also makes filtered water taste much better.

Took this with us from southern England (very hard water) to northen Norway where the water is very soft and tea barely tastes of anything. Three drops per mug of black tea made such a difference in taste. We left them behind by accident so will definitely buy more!

I had high hopes for these drops but having tried various dosage levels over a number of weeks, they are just not for me!Initially I started on 8 drops but found I felt most 'weird'. Sort of 'disconnected' and limbs felt weak. Reduced the drops and monitored but could feel no positives in continuing any dosage, however low.Found even on just 5 drops a day I was experiencing dull headaches (not a headachey person). Each time I stopped the drops completely, no headaches! so have had to conclude this popular natural additive is a nono for me.
