Mid 2015 Apple MacBook Pro with 2.5GHz Intel Core i7-4870HQ (15 inches, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) Silver (Renewed)

The thing I was mostly worried about: the battery. When I first opened it, there was a "service battery" warning, cycle count was 711 and the percentages were haywire. However, after leaving it charging overnight it went away. I spent a full day playing with it to test the battery and, whilst it holds a charge, it drains a little bit fast without forcing it too much, as a result of its age. So I decided to go for a battery replacement anyway to enjoy it even further, because my unit is really in a pristine condition. Only very few and unnoticeable scratches. Went to Apple for diagnostics, and even the technician was surprised how good the condition was (exterior and interior): everything was working properly. They told me the battery wasn't needing a replacement yet but it was getting there and would be needing it soon. Nonetheless it would be good while the replacement comes, so I was perfectly fine with it!Another thing that I considered important to note is that the charger that comes is only 45W and, while Amazon clearly states that it won't be original (although I think the one that came is), this system needs a 85W one to charge properly. I also just bought another one for peace of mind, but it is an extra cost you should keep in mind (80 bucks). Still, in my opinion, the total cost is very well worth it.If you are still not sure about getting this system, I would say go for it. This specific model is possibly the best Apple made (with the R9 M370X graphics) and still has the SDXC and HDMI ports, a gorgeous Retina display, scissor keyboard and Force Touch trackpad, all for 600 bucks. It won't be an M1, but it runs perfectly (I bought it for Lightroom) and it will cost you almost four times less than the newer Macs with all these ports! I'm definitely keeping it for at least another 4 years.

Wow, to be honest, I was a little worry to get refurbishing an "old" mac ( 2015) ...I know this specific model is the best apple ever made, the ratio between what you get to the price 500-650$ is great! )This specific model comes with a 500SSD which makes it run super smoothly, it has a rare and strong graphic card (Radeon ) with 2GB ram, which makes a huge difference compared to the normal intel graphic cards apple used in the same years. This graphic card is at least 3X in performance, picture quality, strength, and brightness.The re-furbish team did an excellent job! the computer looks brand new, so clean and smooth, and feels like it was handled with great care! I love the silver-gray cover they put on the area where your hands are sitting while typing, as well on the tracking pad. I was sure it was going to suck but it actually feels amazing texture-wise and the tracking pad ability is much higher than without this silver cover!Anyhow, I'm very happy! the computer runs perfectly, feels great, and performs, I didn't have to break my pocket with a 2000$ MacBook as I'm not a super heavy user.I still use some graphic programs like photoshop, illustrator, and SketchUp. they all run perfectly.I rate this 5starts as the value you get is supreme.If you are not an extremely heavy user you'll enjoy it a lot ! and it's still a pretty damm good and solid one. (don't think it's a weak laptop! it's not..)last but not least you are helping save our planet by reusing what is still great and not over - buying new hardware every year.

I was hesitant to purchase a renewed computer. But I also remember that my other Macbook - purchased new - lasted 14 years, so even if I got half the life out this one I would be ahead. The computer itself is wonderful. Cannot tell it isn't new accept for one aspect. The battery. It does not have much life in it. I was expecting to get at least 8 to 9 hours out of when in reality I barely get a couple of hours. And that is the ONLY reason I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5.

I bought this MacBook Pro for the ability to plug a DVD player and all the “old” technology I have. This lap top runs great and is exactly what I was looking for. It came well packaged and promptly.

BUYERS BEWARE!! I bought this MacBook Pro for school and within 5 months the laptop is completely dead. After troubleshooting for days, it will not turn on at all. I've tried everything suggested by Apple and there is absolutely no noise coming from the laptop when trying to turn on.I did not buy the extended warranty as I've owned numerous MacBooks over the years and have basic repair knowledge, but after contacting the seller for any type of advise, assistance, or solution I have received no response. I understand this product is refurbished, but for it to die within 5 months of purchasing is absurd. Clearly, their testing during the refurbishing process is insufficient. THIS IS NOT OK!

First I want to say that this seller responds very quickly and seems to be a good company. What's unfortunate is that the twenty fifteen macbook pro cannot be upgraded to the newest OS system. So certain apps in the apple app store will not run on this computer. I was told that I at least needed to buy a 2017 MacBook in order to run the newest system. Unfortunately the few apps I needed weren't able to work on the 2015 model.

I am very pleased with this purchase, the laptop appears almost brand new and functions great! Very speedy system with good and clear screen and keyboard that is still "springy" feeling like it was new. First time to purchase a used system from Amazon and can truly say I am definitely happy I did! I expect many years of use from this laptop that will serve all my needs.

I recently bought a MacBook pro from Amazon website with a little apprehension, however, what a Great buy. I got it right away, and it's been working perfectly. Hopefully I can get another 10 years out of this one. I love it. Highly recommend this company.

Le pongo menos estrellas porque funcionó muy bien al inicio, pero a las 2 semanas comenzó a estar muy lenta y calentarse muchísimo. Voy a llamar para pedir un cambio porque en Mac me dijeron que eso no es normal y que la compostura podía salir algo costosa.

La macbook está en buen estado pero lo dicho en la descripción no concuerda con las especificaciones del producto que llego y eso si me parece publicidad engañosa así que por eso doy mala calificación en fin necesito el producto pero de no ser así la devolvería

La computadora llegó a tiempo, está bien, pero el cargador no sirve, tuve que comprar uno por separado.

El equipo se veía muy bien , pero la batería venía en condiciones de remplazo, y al usar Photoshop se ponía lenta ...
