Great machine reccomend

I have recently bought this iron as it was on offer. It’s a simple steam iron and quite easy to use. It doesn’t slide as easily as the quality Tefal . Water capacity is enough for an average family. The price I paid, I am so far satisfied with the quality.

Value for money

I should say that this Iron generated steam as specified, and that this does indeed reduce ironing time for things like sheets as only one side needs to be ironed.However, if you iron left-handed, you may have usability problems. The cord (power & steam) is fixed in such a way that it will only project from the rear rightwards. I need it to go leftwards as I iron left handed. This makes ironing very difficult as one cannot easily position the stream generating unit on the left side. It's got to be on the right, and so it's difficult to avoid ironing this heavy-duty cord.The Iron itself is very heavy. The position of the access steam button is such that the centre of balence is in a different place to my (very light) normal iron. This combination made my arm hurt after about 10minutes use - and this lasted for about 30mins after finishing ironing.So I'm quite happy with the function of this item - it's just that it hurts my arm when using it with my left hand.

Very good good steamer

This iron is shocking. Doesn’t steam unless on hottest setting, spits water everywhere and is just useless.

Recommend by my sister to help me speed through the ironing, which it does. It just takes me six weeks to work up the enthusiasm to actually iron anything

Not exactly what I expected it says descales but instructions how to do it is a bit confusing. However it does the job.
