Was coconut oil now its vegetable oil?
I went to purchase another bottle and checked the ingredients again as I am noticing lots of companies now have been changing their ingredients (recession, hard to access ingredients due to world climate?). They swapped out coconut oil for vegetable oil and have changed the ingredients on their IMMUNE C plus product also, (adding silica) - So I dont trust this company as much anymore! - The product was good enough for me to want to repurchase but my rating is for the ingredients I currently have, not what is listed.

Multimineral supplement
I would have given a 5 star for this multimineral, but I was very disappointed that it does not contain magnesium. Magnesium is so important for overall body health! I am so disappointed that Kappa Nutrition did not include this very important mineral in there formulation. 🤔

Be mindful to read directions, eat with these if not u will feel out of it.. and sleepy! But highly recommend these they have given me The missing links to my overall tired feeling and just not in the day to day mood! Worth the price u pay pls do not increase price! They are priced just right!! Have already recommended to 5 other ppl who have purchased!
