After I had reached my optimal dose on TRT, my estrogen was a little out of range on the high side. The clinic suggested I start DIM, but didn’t give me a recommended dose. I ordered these and started taking 2 capsules a day which plummeted my Estro# at my next blood work. It was too low at that point, so they had me dial it back to one capsule a day and I’ve been in range for the last year+.Absolutely has worked for me! Sometimes hard to tell if all these supplements really do what they are supposed to do, but the numbers are clear on this one.

These seem to be the best quality I can find on Amazon, and the price is right too.

I regularly take this supplement, and this is the first time I've purchased from this seller. I get headaches the first three days after taking if I've slacked off, but other than that, they're fine. No side effects once I get past that.

I think this is a great product for a great price

My husband has been taking this while he has to be on testosterone. It helps him have lower levels of estrogen so the testosterone can function as it needs to. He has been using this brand now for a few years and it works well. He is pleased with the this keeping his levels low and his testosterone working as it should.

I take one of these every day to balance my hormones and I think it works. You get a lot for your money with this bag and actually started me buying other of their supplements because of that and I like them all.
