I don't sound like a duck anymore when I walk! I've been wearing the same 5.11 boots and Dr Scholls gel insoles for 15 years, and recently when I got new boots and insoles, they squeaked very loudly. I tried all the Google suggestions like used dryer sheets, tons of foot powder, etc. and it only made them about 20 percent quieter. I don't know if the boots are made different or my other insoles are made different, but it seems like if there's gel or rubber on the bottom of the insoles that's where the squeaking comes from. After flipping through dozens of pictures of insoles on Amazon, I found these and gave them a try, if I could give a million stars I would.

I've been using these things for years in every pair of boots I own. These are a perfect replacement for those thin, disposable OEM inserts even expensive boot manufactures supply. I wear an 11.5 W boot (Irish Setters for the most part) and these things fit a little big without trimming but once you put your boots on and walk around for a few steps, they conform perfectly and feel like clouds! They don't last forever--eventually the top layer (a thin bit that mainly serves as a fabric label) will begin to wear out in spots, but that doesn't effect their function or comfort--you can still wear them another 6 months! So, bottom line: I wouldn't wear any other inserts, and I don't mind replacing them one a year either!

Helps with the soreness. Easy to cut and fit in her shoes or boots definitely helps me work longer hours legs don’t seem to get as tired as much. Good price good price.

Great deal for the price. I walk a lot and they still work after 2.5 weeks of use. Not as comfortable as everyone says in my opinion! Better than How they did feel before I had padding. The top layer did peel off after the first time wearing it. However it’s not a needed layer it’s more of a logo/decorative layer I’d buy another one when I need it though.

I spent years walking around on a broken sesamoid bone that wasn't diagnosed because 2 of the 3 mri's weren't catching the slice to see it, but I was able to find a frame on the 3rd that showed it and finally had it removed. For the years I had to walk on it, the only insert that provided any relief were these because the cushioning at the ball of the foot is significantly more than any other insert I could find. Most others focused on the heal and arch with very thin cushioning under the ball of the foot. These had that cushioning and along with some comfortable work boots made walking around tolerable. If you've got an injury or pain in the ball of the foot, give these a shot.

Total waste!! Less than one week of light use (3 days at the dr) and they are coming apart. So very disappointed! Do not buy these

These are the absolute best insoles I have owned. I have worked 13 hour shifts on my feet with these and they were great!

can'r reccomend these highly enough they are by far the most comfortable insole and deffinately cusion and protect the foot i suffer from pkantar faciaitis and foot problems in general while it is not a cure it has allowed me to walk futher for longer .they are durable and long lasting as i use them every day and they can be cut to size
