The hot and cold facial massager works great! I am pretty happy with my product. Before o used it, I plugged it I to my USB adapter and let the device charge until the light turned blue, didn’t take too long, like an hour. When I turned it on, it took about 30 seconds to heat up, maybe because it was first time use (?) but it did warm up and felt nice on the skin, touched the power button again and it combined the heat and sonic vibration, it felt more like the vibrations were behind, but it was very gentle, I hit the button again and was super amazed at how fast this thing got cold! That is my favorite feature, so refreshing! I’m happy with this product and will have many uses!

Easy to use

Tube que devolverlo la placa en frío funcionaba muy bien pero en caliente no hacía nada, solo calentaba una parte y mal, el producto vibra en las manos pero no el rostro, no se siente nada
