This is a wonderful book to have to reflect on a very interesting time in rock music, particularly on this very influential band.

Not as interesting as some I have read.

And I feel the author often seems to insult this wonderful band when talking about their individual songs. And no, Daniel Ross, I do NOT hear "fluffs aplenty" among other negative comments you make about Bohemian Rhapsody.The technical comments about individual instruments as well as certain parts of various songs are overdone, way overdone, and mean little to any fan who simply loves this band and its music.I much prefer the many biographies about Freddie that I have found hard to put down. I wish there were more biographies out there about the entire band and the other members.EDIT: And by the way, get your facts straight. Jim Hutton didn't die of AIDS, he died of lung cancer.
