I have MTHFR 1298c and 677T one copy from my mom and one from my dad. Stress is a killer and I have had more than my fair share. Between my husband being constantly in Afghanistan as well as our two sons deployments it's been hard. About 80/90 % of the time I follow a Paleo lifestyle which helps with all kinds of things health wise. I take the Homocysteine Modulator because my mama had developed dementia and was chronically low on iron and vitamin B12. I am just trying to have a quality of life and not be going to the Dr's every week throwing back pill cocktails as some do.
