Hakko N61-08 Desoldering Nozzle, 1.0mm

I can't say enough nice things about the Hakko desoldering unit and these nozzles are perfect for the IGBT's I've been having to desolder lately.

nice but not cheap

it's a nozzle for a desoldering gun. you have to work really hard to screw one of these up. i ordered it as a replacement, because sometimes they have to be cleaned, and it's easier to do that when it's cold. i wanted a spare around, so i could just swap it in and get the job done. FYI, they are really easy to clean using the 1mm cleaner that came with the tool, or in case of a really nasty clog, you can use a 1mm drill bit. turns out i had to use both.

OEM parts fit. Always have a spare on hand.

Habe mich ca. ein halbes Jahr lang über die FR-301 Entlötpistole geärgert, weil die standardmäßig mitgelieferte 1mm Düse zu klein ist, und nur mit viel Mühe ordentlich entlötet wird. Das Lötzinn kann nicht richtig abgesaugt werden, da die üblichen Komponenten bzw. die Drahtstummel auf der Platine zu dick sind, und die Düse kaum noch Luft durchlässt. Diese Düse hier ausprobiert und siehe da - mit den meisten Bauteilen klappt es jetzt ganz wunderbar. Die 1,6mm sollten standardmäßig mitgeliefert werden, nicht 1mm.

標準の物だと少し太い端子外すときかなりグリグリやらんとダメやったんですが、これはすんなりいきます。逆に細いのは気を使うです。ま〜大は小を兼ねるって言うでしょ？何とかなりますね。
