Hot Cauliflower Bites-1 Gallon

I cant get over this product. I had to have my wife hide the jar because I would of ate them all in one sitting

I was pleasantly surprised it came in a plastic jar, which makes it easier to insert into the refrigerator (cuts down on weight, increases pliability). Very acceptable product. It might be a tad more crispy than Bell-View brand which I would purchase locally. That is only an indication of freshness, so I do not mind. Better that than extreme softness, which I sometimes get when purchasing hot pepper rings.

The bag they arrived in felt like it had a sandy texture in it. When I opened it, I realized it was brine that must have escaped through the open seal and dried in the bag. The gross curiosity in me still tried a piece, and it was horribly salty and SUPER mushy!! 0/10. Would NOT recommend.

This is my new number ine favorite hot pickled cauliflower. The flavor is amazing and the heat is hot without burning your nouth out. As an added bonus, my jar came with a bunch of peppers in it, which I hope is normal because the peppers are just as tasty as the cauliflower!

This product is fantastic! Spicy with a hint of hot and cauliflower is nice and crunchy! I will be definitely buying this again and again! Love it!!

I had to have my brother order these for me because I ordered them 3 times and all three times, there was shipping issues and I didn't receive the product. I used to buy the small jars from Aldi and they were delicious. Crisp, spicy, salty, so good. The problem with the Amazon ones I have is the texture.. the ones my brother ordered were a bit mushy... I like crisp, crunchy (not raw obviously) but the soft texture really throws me off and makes them not as enjoyable. They don't always come out that way but for $30, I expect them to be fresh every single purchase. When they're good, they're awesome. I don't think they are overly spicy but I do have a higher tolerance for heat so eat them sparingly.
