Meesha Makes Friends: A Big Bright Feelings Book

Absolutely love this story! The story sounds so much like my autistic daughter. Hoping that it will help her understand that she just needs to be herself. Honestly the sweetest book I've ever read. 100% recommend it. Tom Percival is becoming a firm favourite here!

I used this as a guided reading text in school. The story was fantastic and the reader really empathises with Meesha and her struggles making friends. I’m sure many children can relate to Meesha, who prefers to play alone and avoid loud crowds and parties. We were definitely rooting for Meesha throughout!

Both my children and I loved this book. I adore the illustrations and the story is so relatable. It is an uplifting and helpful story. Perfect for anyone who wants to explore being themselves and learning how to make friends.

Bought for my son who has struggled to initiate play with others. Fantastic book, lovely illustrations. A great buy and one he will regularly pick from the book shelf.
