Just to begin, I'm a paying customer and was not paid to provide my review or given free products. I was a very obese person a year ago. I ended up having Gastric Bypass surgery to help me lose weight, however after about five months I hit a plateau and could not get off of it. I was exercising and lifting weights, but still struggled to continue losing weight. I researched and read reviews on many fat burner and muscle building supplements and decided to order EVL's Transform. I can only say that since beginning it this product, I have gotten off of my plateau and started losing again. I bought the Tropical Punch and it tastes unbelievable. It gives me a giant leap in energy when I workout and I am starting to be told by my wife that she's noticing more definition in my arms and shoulders and she doesn't even know I take this supplement. So, I must say I'm very pleased and would recommend this product to everyone needing a supplement that delivers.

This product is great as a preworkout. I drink it before a workout and this gives me energy and focus to push through my strenuous workouts. I definitely noticed myself slimming down and building muscle. The taste is great. It also curbs my appetite and i don't snack as much and eating smaller portions. I use this along with the other preworkout and BCAA's to take my workout to the next level. highly recommended

It definitely helps with my appetite. I still get hungry after working out first thing in the morning, but I eat less when I do eat, and the full feeling lasts much longer than normal. I think compared to other reviewers, to me it lacks the pep in the step! lol but it does wake me up as well as a large cup of coffee would. So no jitters, just no buzz either 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hence 4 stars. The good part is - it's a powder, so if I want to feel it more, I'm sure I could up my serving amount. Oh and it is tastey too!! I'm 5ft4 122-125 lol tryna get back to 118... *sigh* I think this is helping, but it's only day 3

I've been substituting this for a normal pre-workout. I'm already fairly lean, just need some help knocking off another 2-3% body fat to break into the 8-9% range. I've been through two containers with no break in between, taking at least one serving almost daily and combined with some tweaks to my diet have probably lost between 1 and 2%. I haven't noticed any difference in appetite, which is fine with me. Good energy (TIP: if you want more gradual energy over a longer period of time, mix it with a full shaker of water and sip on it), no jitters, and I can tell it's working because I have never sweated so much in my entire life. (make sure you drink a ton of water) There are more aggressive Thermogenics out there if you're really trying to lose a bunch of weight, and I'm sure this could be stacked and work even better. But for my own goals, it's been working excellent so far. Absolutely will buy again.

Ordered for a 2nd time. Really like it, but definitely not 30 servings! I got exactly 21 level scoops out of my 1st container. Thirty days (or less) from now I'll know if the 2nd container was short as well.

I thought I might enjoy this product, but their filler must be broken. I barely got half a jar. Of course the comeback is we fill by weight not by volume. And in that case they should put it in a little tiny jar. The biggest thing in the jar was the keep dry pad. Disappointing.

I’ve been doing cycles with transform for almost a year now. I’ve tried a few others here and there but I always come back to transform. It replaces my cup of morning coffee gives me great energy and the other supplements in the blend give a noticeable mood boost. The taste is definitely strong so if you like blue raspberry that’s not a problem but I believe that’s the only flavor it comes in so if you don’t like the flavor or it’s too strong just water it down some. As far as the fat burning It’s not going to do anything by itself you still have to combine it with regular exercise and healthy diet. And it is a thermogenic fat burner I can definitely feel myself sweating a bit more when I’m on it lol

Great flavor, great price, properly dosed ingredients at 2 scoops. Gets me out of bed & ready for my morning run without making me jittery
