I had previously bought a VERY lightweight flag, thinking that anything heavier would never really catch the wind and would just hand limply. It certainly flew, but very quickly became tattered and ragged. That simply wasn’t acceptable!I saw this flag had extensive stitching…each stripe is stitched, AND each star is stitched too. Before I ever hung it, I was super impressed!Growing up my parents had always had an American flag, usually on a nice tall flagpole in the front yard. Having lived in a condo/townhouse neighborhood for 20+ years, I had the mistaken impression that flags of any kind were forbidden by the neighborhood HoA, so I’d never had one. Last year, a neighbor who happened to be serving on the HoA board put up a flag, and I asked her about it. She told me that HoA’s could prohibit flags like college flags, holiday flags, etc., but that it was against federal law to prohibit flying the American flag. I immediately bought the previous flag that got torn up quickly, and recently bought this heavier stitched flag.This new flag has been fantastic! It’s light enough that even light winds lift it, and the colors are so strong and vibrant. It honestly looks as good as the much more expensive ones my parents always flew.Since I’ve only had the flag a couple of weeks, I didn’t rate the durability, but hope to update this review in a few months. Based on how it felt in my hands, and the apparent high quality of the stitching, I strongly believe I’ll end up rating this flag well in durability too.Lastly, it’s made in the USA, and the price is outstanding! If it indeed turns out to be as durable as it appears, I can’t imagine there being a better value for an American flag!When, at some point I’ll have to eventually replace it, I will absolutely purchase this very same flag again! I don’t keep up with the weather as well as I should, so I don’t always get to take it down before a storm or rain like I should. If I did, I’m certain this flag would last for years.If you’re considering this flag, look no further!

I purchased the FASO 3x5 USA US Flag with sewn stripes, and while the initial quality impressed me with its heavy-duty construction and durable materials, I must note that the life of the product didn't last longer than three summers.During the time it held up, the flag was a true representation of American pride, with the sewn stripes and brass grommets giving it a solid, authentic look. The flag withstood outdoor conditions well, flying proudly in various weather conditions.However, my disappointment arises from the fact that the flag's durability didn't extend beyond three summers. I expected a longer lifespan, especially considering its heavy-duty design. It's essential for outdoor flags to endure prolonged exposure, and unfortunately, this one fell short of my expectations in terms of longevity.While I enjoyed the flag's quality during its active lifespan, I wish it had proven to be a more enduring investment. If FASO can improve the product's longevity, it would undoubtedly be a top choice for those seeking a durable and authentic representation of the USA flag.

The flag at my inlaws home had gotten very worn, even tattered. We ordered this flag to replace the worn one. Initially, I was not inpressed, as I felt the material was too stiff, though the stitched stars were very nice. When put on the pole and the breeze made it fly, it flew as it should and was just beautiful! The price is extremely competitive as well, so I feel it was a great purchase. We'll have to wait to see about durability, but it's endured several storms and is flying proudly still! I'm happy I made this purchase!

Durable, top quality flag. Mine has flown 24/7 since Veterans Day and still looks brand new.No Complaints!

Well made - I would order it again

I said from the start it was out of very lightweight fabric and did not have the heavy thread/cord most flags have. It’s been up 8 months. I bought it in May but did not put it up until June. I already had to mend it once but I just looked and it is shredded one foot down in the length and width of the flag. So I thought I was saving money but my last flag lasted over 3 years. So this cheap thing actually cost me more money if I have to replace it every 7 months! Ridiculous!
