Easy to use, big screen, great camera, fantastic value for money
Brought for my girlfriend. she struggled with it at first as she has small hands and this is a much bigger phone than she is used to.the design is very sleek, if not too sleek. its quite slippery, the edges are rounded which makes it tricky to hold and requires a case or protector to be able to grip it properly.screen goes right to the edges which is fine when viewing web pages but if you play a game on it then its not easy to hold and play without your hands hitting the edges of the screen.over all though, this phone is fantastic quality, fast and streamlined. if you are on a budget or not, this phone is a very fair and reasonable price.the camera is great, my girlfriend has shakey hands and the stabiliser means she doesn't have to worry about it and can take a normal photograph. the battery life is pretty good, not quite as good as the Nokia 6.1 but its considerably less expensive new.

Reliable and good value
My contract which had included a specific phone was up, and I decided to go for a sim-only contract and buy my own smartphone. Some years ago, I was a big fan of Nokia and I decided to go back to them for this phone, and I am pleased to say I am not disappointed. At just under £135 it is a lot cheaper than the type of phone I had previously had with a phone plus sim contract, but it has all the features and tools that I want and use regularly, and I haven’t noticed any depreciation in quality or reliability from this phone. Indeed, voice calls seem a lot clearer. It is really good value, and I am very glad that I have chosen a Nokia once again. Just a plug for EE; they swapped over all contacts and apps for me in store as part of their service, so if you were worried about how to do that, then please don’t, it can all be done for you.

Good phone but has a Wi-Fi flaw.
The phone itself, as a phone/camera, is excellent but as a smartphone has an annoying issue.I bought the phone in the knowledge that it did not have 5Ghz Wi-Fi... not a big deal I thought but as it happens it has come back to bite me. I hadn't realised that I was using 5Ghz at home as much as I was and in some circumstances, with the 2.4Ghz channels being as busy as they are, has led to a few speed and connectivity issues - nothing insurmountable but annoying non the less!Face recognition works about 50% of the time and the fingerprint reader is a real pain to use if you put your phone in a case - especially if you have short fingers like me :-)That said, overall a good phone which I would still recommend, as it has no Android "bloat", has a fairly decent camera, plenty of storage and comes from a trusted manufacturer .

This is a great budget phone
Can't phathom some of the negative reviews I've seen on this phone but I've only had it for a short while.Battery life is great compared to its replacement iPhone and although heavy by comparison the features and apps are all more than adequate for the everyday user. You don't buy a budget phone if you are looking for special features so for those criticising the picture quality and number of pixels etc, this isn't fairFingerprint reader and NFC works really well ( better than my 5.3) the ability to add additional storage and an extra SIM card is something you won't get with iPhones so I think this is a better phone. I suppose it is a choice thing but I think Nokia phones are really good and very reliable.

Frustrating.
Owned the phone for 10 days as i write this review. It has been very frustrating, i have owned Nokia for 25 years or so and i would recommend to anyone who asked for an opinion. This one, no, DO NOT BUY, It is a nice phone and did everything i wanted it to do. Some say the camera is so so, it was ok for me so that was no problem. As i say it suits my needs fine. The glaring fault is it keeps turning itself off and restarting about twice a day. I contacted Nokia about this and got the standard reply, start in safe mode blah blah blah. I purchased this phone to use not monkey about with do this do that and if that wont work do this and so it goes on. I am not tech-savvy and if i buy a tv or whatever i don't want to go poking around with it every day after setting it up to get it working. Nokia are so uninterested in this widespread problem they said i could always return it. Not the answer i wanted from them. They also state they have no idea when it will update to android 11 and condescendingly advise to check for updates regularly. So i say it's a nice phone if you want to look at it but no use as a reliable phone.AMENDED,18/01/2022.Phone has now updated to Android 11. Google apps update regularly. The phone occasionally turns itself off but it's working. The phone is not perfect but i now have the phone i wanted..

Great phone , great price
I use this as my daily and I was considering a Moto G, since I have had one before, but this is just perfect. The fingerprint reader is a little on the slow side in unlocking the phone, but that really does not matter in the slightest. It took a little while to get used to the different camera functions too, but this isn't that much of an issue and the camera is of excellent quality - especially for the price. If I had to fault it for anything, the rear is a magnet for smudges and 'dirt'. A tiny niggle, but here we are.

Phone is great to hold and use however..
I have been using this phone for the past month.. This is really a great phone to use however it hangs up in following occasions1) While browsing - the screen gets frozen. Initially, I thought its because of the page content or the memory and it would recover with an update or not but its not.2) While opening the camera and closing it.3) while opening the phone dialer app4) Processor is battery efficient however not powerful enough to do multi-tasking.5) It holds good in the hand and stylish design and more than anything else it's a NOKIA phone with a slight lag.
