According to the k&n web site this fits 2019 dodge. amazon says no. is his just a case of amazon needing to update?

I would say Amazon needs to update. I got the same answer for my 2015 Durango. I, too went to the k&n website and it said it fit.

Do you oil the filter or just wash and install?

Neither just install. At 30,000 miles you will clean and recoil and put back. It has products to clean and oil. Your gas mileage will be better also.

Will this item fit in a 2017 Durango R/T?
