The gold is very nice and the diamonds sparkle beautifully. This is definitely on the larger size for a nose ring. It didn't have a guage listing luckily it wasn't too far off from the 20 guage hoop I had been wearing. I would guess it is 18. Well worth what I paid for it. Have gotten several compliments in the few days I've been wearing it.
