This is an absolutely beautiful frame.The product images showed that it came in a box, which was perfect as it was intended as a gift and would make it easier to wrap and post. However, when it arrived there was no box, just a thin and flimsy bubble wrap covering.Whilst I'm happy with the product, I'm not impressed that the box was missing. There were other great frames I could have chosen from but I chose this one especially because of the box.I feel that the images were misleading and would warn those who want to post the frame as a present to bare this in mind.If the box is not important then this is a worthwhile buy

Fantastic quality frames. I ordered them in size A4, A3 and A2. All came really well packaged. Would def purchase again.Where someone wrote a review saying there is a white sticker on the front that leaves a mark - this is inaccurate. Yes there is the white sticker but the glass has clear plastic on either side that you need to take off (so that it isn’t scratched) which is a really good idea.

A bit ridiculous as to why they out a sticker on the plastic window bit, leaves a residue when taking it off. Why on earth does it even need a sticker on there. Would avoid just for that reason

This is a lovely quality frame. The plexiglass makes it lightweight and looks very nice - not cheap. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as the plexiglass on my frame had 2 scratches. I'd read the reviews about imperfections being on the film that covers the plexiglass but unfortunately these were underneath and rather deep, so I've returned the frame.This would not prevent me from buying frames from Fabian Clarke again as the return is straightforward and as I've already stated the frame is lovely and good quality. It also came in a box as advertised.

I bought two to frame some art for an exhibition.I scratched the first piece of plexiglass trying to drop it back into the frame without getting finger prints on it. The plexiglass landed on one of the metal bending clips, I ended up with scratchy squiggles over it when picking it back up.We have dogs, removing the plexiglass film created so much static it was a pain trying to remove all the hair it attracted. Having to keep taking out the plexiglass to remove hair just increased the chances I might scratch it again..I did what I could, accepted the scratch - and my work was up in the exhibition. Upon collection of my work, the second frame and piece of plexiglass was scratched all over. Not that I could really blame the exhibitors based on my experience up to now.It's a very nice quality smart looking frame, just be prepared for these two drawbacks.

Have been looking for a nice frame to put one of my son's graduation photos in for a few months now but couldn't find the right balance between style, fit, quality and price. For the money, this is a good, well assembled frame that looks the part,and looks built to last. Could spend twice as much and not better this frame.

5 stars for the frame and customer service received.The first frame I ordered arrived slightly damaged (small scratch/mark in one corner ). I contacted the Fabian Clarke info email address provided with the package.I received a prompt reply with an option to replace or refund the frame. I asked for a replacement which arrived the next day so that alone earns 5 stars.The frame itself looks really good !

If you want ell made good quality Picture frames these are the ones to go for. I bought Five for a project I was doing and am sorry did not buy more. Have gifted them, they come in well protected boxes with wrapping and can be posted anywhere. Will definately be buying more for my next project
