Take it at night with a full glass of water. By the morning your stomach will let you know it’s time to run to the toilet. Yes, you will get some mild cramps and at times even some goosebumps alongside but that’s your body telling you more it’s on the way. Be prepared to be near a toilet for half a day as you will go multiple times. For me it worked great but definitely not something you want to do often rather only when absolutely necessary.

I have used Prunelax for several years and it definitely helps me. It is a little difficult to find locally. I remember my grandmother taking prune juice and coffee every AM to relieve her constipation and when I started having problems due to unsuccessful surgery years ago, I remembered what my grandmother did and it's so much better than getting hooked on "meds" that don't do the job. I take 1 tablet very other night before going to bed and each AM I drink a cup of coffee and and a small glass of prune juice.
