This is the same product that I am using in my local orthopedics occupational therapy sessions. I only have10 sessions authorized so my OT therapist helped me find the exact on Amazon. Comes with instructions that we both went over so when my allowed therapy ends I can still continue at home using identical equipment. Worth the investment for hand therapy. But, check with your doctor or therapist anyway before ordering because there are different strength colors. This is strength level four. Black is the highest.

Came well packaged and had instructions so I can try new exercises. Unfortunately, my PT moved me up to the black, but I'm not going to get another one and just use the blue one at home.
