What a great product. Installed and worked great on a 2008 pontiac montana. Entire job took me about 20 minutes to install. Way easier than changing out the entire shifter cable. Would highly recommend. They do have different ones for different vehicles and applications so make sure you order the right one for your vehicle. Very impressed.

A $ and time saver... happened to stumble across this kit researching how to repair the shifter cable for my son's 2007 Buick Rendezvous... at first thought not way this will work. But, $20 later and about an hour's time it is fixed and working as is should. Simple yet very effective solution to what is somewhat of a common issue. I would have paid much more for this! But happy it was only $20!

Perfect part. My son's car, 2003 Lincoln Aviator , would start and do everything, but you could shift through the gear knob and nothing would happen. Bought this repair kit. Watched a YouTube video. DON'T REMOVE the entire console! Remove the Driver's side panel of the console. If the shift cable is not connected to the shifter as you shift gears... Get this. 10 minutes to remove the old debris at the cable in. Push this in and squeeze with some pliers. Push it back on the shifter and bam. Great product.

saves a lot of money and time by not having to replace the cable. very easy to use.
