I received the item broken was scattered all over the packaging bag. Not so happy.

Are you going to make panettone? If yes, then this is the flour you need.

I use this and the wheat flour for my bread machine. Love it! The only loaf of bread I can consume is the loaf made with Marriage’s flour.

I was so shocked when I opened this and seen how tiny the package is. Maybe enough for 2 loaves of bread, if that. I will be sending back. Way too small for 18$.

I used this to make sour dough bread. It was the best tasting white bread i have ever eaten.

I think this is a quality product, However for the cost you don't get much. I would say King Arther in a better buy and is still organic,
