I have the closest possible to reverse osmosis water from my tap! I was using a Spardar faucet filter prior that uses KDF55 that only tackles the chloramine and very little to fluoridation and not enough to remove heavy metals. This one removes much more heavy metals that's become a serious problem.The only tip I have is you need to let the filter clean out for a bit. My trick is running the filter for 2 minutes, stop for 3 minutes then start running it again...4 to 5 times cleans it clear. I'm nervous about changing the filter, I already bought another one (purple), it's REALLY screwed on tight. Tastes like the RO water from my water cooler. Very happy!

I bought this to replace another brand, because that one was almost as expensive to replace the filter as it was to buy a new one. This one is much easier to change filters and it doesn't drip once the tap is turned off. It seems to be working well. One thing I don't like as well is the spout because it is on too much of an angle. My old one went straight up the side of the filter before it curved into the spout. This one sticks out too far into the sink and I may have to set it on something to get it up higher to make it easier to fill a tall bottle. But I would definitely recommend it. It is easy to set up and no tools are needed to change the filter as it was on my old one.

The Home Master Filtration system is ideal for people who do not want to go to the expense or trouble of installing a plumbed-in water filtration system under their sink. This installation is super easy and works immediately. The filtration is superior to the filtration jugs (think Brita) and the water taste is neutral. We had really bad water before they replaced the pipes in my building, and then after, the chlorination, etc. was still there. This Home Master system removed all odor and impurities and now I actually want to drink my tap water, after spending $$$ buying bottled water - which was bad for the environment.

It worked out of the box without a hitch. The best thing is that its tubing and aerator is totally "fool-proof". The tap gives regular water after you get the filtered water and you close the tap. You can't accidental run hot water preventing you to damage the filter. Taste is great. Only thing seems hard is to open the housing to change filter with bare hands. But that will be done after six months or so, anyway. I think, its built in USA instead of China!

Somme issues with the installation, if you need detached often like us it begins to spill water when attached again so try not detached that often.Tap water taste much better so I assume is cleansing as it should.
