These are well made but they are definitely constructed on the small side. I bought a pair one size larger than my shoe size and my MTP joints, (balls of toes) still hang over the end effectively making them completely ineffective. Additionally the stickers underneath to secure them in place in the shoe didn’t last one wear. So if you order up two sizes and buy your own adhesive these would be a good buy.

Good product surve the purpose

I worked at a comfort shoe store when I was in college and these were the #1 selling orthotic. I have yet to find another shoe store like the one from my younger days, so I have purchased online. I purchased a size 38, but wear a size 7 US and they fit perfect. These do run a bit small compared to US sizes and I would recommend getting one size larger. I have them in tan as well and use them in sneakers and dress shoes. There is an option to stick them permanently into the shoe, but I like the option of using them in different shoes as I need them and they do not slip once your foot is in your shoe.

I have horrible problems with my feet but won't bore you with all the details. I've had to start buying shoes with wider toe boxes and can't find them with enough arch support. I bought the Pedag to add for the arch support I desperately need and it worked. Amazingly it solved my problem so now I can wear shoes with wide toe boxes and still get the arch support to correct my over pronation. Excellent. I haven't used the sticky pad to attach them to any one pair of shoes because right now I'm moving them from shoe to shoe. Once I put the arch in and slide my foot in, I just make sure the arch is in place by putting weight on it. Haven't had any problem with them moving or sliding once they're in place.

Like very much. It helps my sciatica. I like the inserts better than the individual metatarsal pads because you don't have to figure out where to place these in your shoes , also they have a nice heel cushion feature and arch support. I ordered another pair in tan ..that seems to be the exact same as black ones though they are listed as a different item. I can't see any visible difference. Im not sure how they will fit in my dressier, shoes, like aravon maryjanes which have removal insoles. I prefer to keep the insoles in shoes for the cushioning , especially ..of the ball of foot, but these inserts may be too wide for that. I'll have to see. Still, they fit wonderfully in my size 11 skechers. ( I bought these inserts in large for size 11 women's or size 41 European)

Absolutely love these shoe inserts. I had plantar fasciitis and started wearing inserts and then started having more foot problems in the middle of my foot and found out I had a collapsed metatarsal. I started wearing these inserts and most of my feet problems resolved. They work better if attached to the shoe, especially if you wear flats. I bought velcro dots to attach to the insert and attach to the shoe so that it can be attached, unattached and reattached to a different shoe. I have bought 2 pairs! Love them.

I have had ball of foot pain for 5 years and this support has all but eliminated the pain. I followed the advice of another review and ordered a size 13 although I have a size 11.5 foot. This allowed the placement of the support to be higher up on foot, although higher than the several orthotics (I spent thousands on podiatrists and these device and none of them worked, in fact they caused more pain - hips, knees by changing my stance). My left foot needed the support in a different location (had pain there too on the ball of the foot) so I bought a smaller size and after experimenting I found the right size for each foot. So I am very happy with these.
