Is the large pocket divided? Could you fit multiple items the size of a 15 ft tape measure?

Yea there is a large pocket big enough for a 15 ft measuring tape....the only problem is the bottom of the inside pockets come off easy from the sewing.. making other tools slide under the other pockets

Will this pouch fit a multimeter along with plenty hand tools?
