Pecan Type Extract, Natural & Artificial (Nut Free) - 4 fl. oz. bottle

I've ordered this several times and use it to make butter pecan ice cream. Yumo!

I have been using this imitation Pecan Extract for many many years but the last bottle I ordered a month ago is NOT as good as it use to be. Unfortunately something has changed . I’m not sure what exactly but does not smell as the original older ones I used in the past at least ten years !!!!

It’s promoted as natural but it’s label says natural AND artificial. The taste is OK but I was looking for all natural but it’s not as advertised. Be careful of the dishonest description…

I'm going to use it as an ingredient I need for honey jelly. I'm glad to find a company that makes so many flavors.

Makes delicious pecan pies

I admit I haven't bought anybody else's artificial pecan flavor so I can't really compare. But this is excellent. If you can distinguish it from the real flavor of pecans, I'll be very impressed. (Remember, "natural" pecan flavor will not necessarily come from pecans) A little goes a long way...sometimes I just add a few drops to my breakfast cereal milk and that is enough to give it a wonderful aroma of pecans. I've ordered quite a few flavors from Silver Cloud and was pleased with all of them except an organic orange which seemed too diluted and weak.

I find this product highly over valued, but definitely gets the job done.
