Way better then plastic
Had some contractors helper use plastic anchors on wall board to install towel holder. I used these and they’re tight and stable..no issues.

Not the best but does the job
I have used other similar fasteners in a past. This one is not great but does the job. Better than any plastic fastener.

Wall anchors
Worked as expected. Only issue is if your using the included screws on mounting a thin mount the anchor tends to spin in the drywall as the screw pushes past the install drill part of the anchor. Either use a little shorter screw or break off the drill part and pre drill the drywall to install.
