Does this set come with a list identifying each dinosaur? My son received them as a gift but not in the original packaging.

No it didn't include a list of names in the original packaging, but my daughter ( now an adult) remembered most of their names from her childhood!

Could it be used as an outdoor lawn decoration?

My grandson plays with it outside and it’s gotten wet and it’s ok. Not sure how long it would last over a long period. It’s not as large as I expected. He was thrilled with it. It’s flexible, soft plastic.
