I bought the Victorian maid outfit for a character day at school. This is much better quality than I expected. The material is fairly thick, not that awful, shiny, thin polyester that the cheap fancy dress costumes are normally made from. The great news is that the white apron is completely separate from the dress. The long black dress can be dressed up or altered slightly to fit so many different costumes. I work in a school so often need to dress up! I normally wear a size 8 in dresses but ordered the medium and I'm glad I did. It's slightly big for me on the arms and waist but I think the size small would have been too tight on my boobs! I'm 5 foot 5 and it reaches the ground.Overall, fantastic value for money. I would definitely recommend.

Bought for a murder mystery party. (I’m too old for any of the other maid costumes online!)Definitely go with a size larger. I bought medium and I would normally buy size 10/12 and it’s a perfect fit

Material is lovley, the costume itself is fantastic, sadly it seems to run small. Quite disappointed as the quality of the costume is otherwise great. If you're quite slim, you should be alright!

I think I should have got the next size up!

This costume is very well done, I am using it in a movie, so no need to say it is flawless and believable. It arrived perfectly packaged and in a nice, solid plastic bag. Five stars!!!!
