Nearly as good as home made chapattis
I like to eat Indian food with chapattis rather than rice (South Indian) or naan bread (Punjab). Chapattis are the ideal implement to scoop up the masala and place in your mouth with no need to cutlery and the unleavened bread taste good too. I have made my own chapattis before on a dawa and, satisfying this is, it is also a bit messy and involves a lot of washing up. It is easy to be tempted into ready made chapattis but sometimes these can be dry and tasteless. These Dina white chapattis are better than most and retain their flavour. I like to sprinkle some water on them and place them in a hot oven for a few minutes to emulate that just made effect. A solid four stars. .
