Used this for tying meat for wild game processing. The string is a little weak, as a number of times it would snap as I tightened it up around a roast. If you're not too aggressive it will work for you, there is a lot of string for the price.

I'm using this in the garden and it is really great string for tying up climbing Vines and giving my pea plants something to hold onto while they climb up. I think it's going to be a few years before I will need more but I will buy this again.

I really like this Butcher's Twine. I used to buy the roll of twine, and kept it in a drawer. I like this one much better, it can stand, easy to use, and it's always within reach, in the kitchen, I do not have to go through a drawer of kitchen gadgets to find it.

This string is just perfect for binding roasts and fowl. Easy to use and strong. thank you
