Does what it is supposed to
With limited Vegan products around, I tried this and have bought it twice now, it washes as well if not better than normal washing liquids without all the harmful chemicals that go in to others. It smells really nice, its price isn't too bad and last for ages so I am really happy with it and will continue to buy.

Good Product
A little goes a long way, so it's good value for money. It cleans laundry well and subtly fragranced with natural essential oils - no nasty strong synthetic smells that so many laundry liquids have these days. Thank you Faith in Nature, I'll buy this product again.

Good enough cleaning and no harsh scent
I find the synthetic scents used in most commercial laundry products absolutely awful so this stuff, which is mildly perfumed with rosemary, is much more attractive to me.I'm quite sensitive to bio detergents; this one doesn't set off my eczema. We don't generate a lot of really dirty clothing and I find it does an adequate job of cleaning; most of my clothing has a 30° wash and it seems to get it clean; sheets, towels, cleaning cloths go though at 60° or even 95° for whites, and come out okay (I add a tablespoon of Bio-D laundry bleach for white washes.) I use rather more than recommended but I have a big machine - 9kg - and I find that two pumps does the job. I put the liquid in a dosing cup straight into the machine. I also use an own-brand anti-lime tablet as the water here is quite hard.

A more environmentally friendly alternative
If you are looking to reduce the environmental impact of detergents then, short of standing knee deep in the nearest river bashing clothes against rocks, this seems as good as any.It was a cheaper alternative but the price has gone up by almost £4 from July 2019 to March this year which makes it less attractive on value and puts it in competition, in price at least, with other ecological friendly products in what is now a growing market. The container states 150 washes, which on current price works out at 14p a wash – up from just under 12p six months ago – but the 150 figure is not set in stone. Small loads or lightly soiled clothes can be washed with less detergent which will increase the number of washes. We have found it is good for most washing loads, but it does struggle with heavily soiled items without pre-treatment.There is no scent in clothes when they are washed and dried, just a sort of neutral clean smell, a nothing smell really, rather than the fresh, perfumed fragrance from chemical based detergents, and there are no optical brighteners or fluorescing agents in the liquid which means you will not get dazzling whites in bright sunshine.Clean washed whites have a slight grey or yellow cast, hardly noticeable and it is the natural colour, but people wanted whites that shone to show they were really clean, so in the past people used chemicals such as dolly blue to make clothes appear whiter and modern detergent manufactures add synthetic chemicals to create the same effect.Similarly, you will not get lots of foaming which is wrongly associated with cleaning power by many people rather than the surfactants, the wetting agents, which do most of the heavy lifting in detergents, allowing the water to reach the dirt and lift it off.A small point, but important to some people, my son has eczema which is affected by clothes washed in chemical detergents, something which does not happen with items washed in Faith in Nature. We also use soap nuts, obviously, not at the same time as Faith in Nature, and we would be happy to use either as our sole washing product. Both clean well in general, apart from the proviso of heavy soiling needing pre-treatment, both leave fried washing soft and neither leave any residue or chemicals on clothes and, let’s be honest, the main reason we use either, both are much safer for the environment.

Incredible product on my skin - when it does not arrive spilled!
Have been buying this for a few months now and delighted to have found something that does not effect my extremely sensitive skin. It has been perfect and no hiccups at all.Until I received my last delivery which did not have a seal and therefore, was spilled within the box and onto my other products I had ordered consequently ruining a book and much of the contents.I cannot find a way to contact the seller, but hoping it won't happen again as I love this product.

Great value for money.
Updated review;I’ve been using this for 3 months now and wouldn’t go back to anything else. I’ve done a wash load nearly every day and still got 1/4 of the bottle left. Just ordered some more because it’s a great price, £3 cheaper than last time. My local organic farm shop sells this at £25 so it’s a bargain on here at the moment. My wife no longer suffers from itching skin after I washing her clothes (yes I do the washing) My daughter has to wash her uniform at 90 degrees, there is no colour fade and stains are removed.I’ve noticed I don’t really need any fabric softener either. Although my daughter likes a particular brand of softener which kind of defeats the purpose of buying this stuff in the first place, but hey ho you can’t win them all!Arrived today and put a wash load on straight away. It’s not a typical washing liquid scent so might not be to everyone’s taste. I like it and it has cleaned my t shirts well enough. Not used on anything tough yet but so far so good. When you consider what you pay for anything but the cheapest washing liquid this is good value and you’re doing your bit for the environment. Shame it has to come in a plastic container but that will be re purposed when empty.
