Easy to install using the HP Smart app. Prints great and color printing for photos is excellent also. Glad I bought it! Scanning is great and using it with other gadgets like an iPad to print from is nice to have .

Product malfunctioned on receipt. Returned for credit.

Set up fine and seems to work on just a couple of print jobs so far. Didn't have a problem with the cyan cartridge being at about 2/3, but was unpleasantly surprised that black toner cartridge is almost empty out of the box. I'd really score it about a 3-1/2 for price.

First, I bought the HP Color LaserJet Pro to replace an HP Envy Photo All-in-One Inkjet that no longer responded to wireless signals from my desktop, a working flatbed HP scanner that took up tons of workspace, and my workhorse HP black and white all in one Laserjet, The only problem was setup. The Color Laserjet wouldn't print anything so I ran a Wireless Network Test Report which gave me a "Congratulations on successfully setting up your HP wireless printer." No luck, so I went on a fishing expedition to find out the problem, which turned out to be that I had not downloaded a driver which I found on the HP website. Be forewarned! The first picture of flowers I printed out was beautiful, and so was the second. Sharp, deep colors of all shades. So far I've used the copier function and the scanner. Sharp, clean copies for both. The displaced black and white laserjet replaced an old Brother printer in my wife's study. It's on the same wireless network so I can use that for high volume printing.

The printer itself seems to be working properly. However, upon setting it up, it keeps displaying that the printer is using used or counterfeit supplies. As a result, you cannot know how much toner remains. 3 out of 4 cartridges are reported used or counterfeit.

I had a printer just like this that I donated to a local charity because they were in need of a good printer. I got a little cheap one in its place but was not happy so I got this one which is exactly like my first one. It's great and the service was superb, thank you.

Great price for a high quality laser printer. Cartridges last a very long time. Printer quickly wakes from sleep and warmup. Easily operational by everyone once setup. Initial wifi setup was quick and straightforward.

Don't bother with this one!It tells me there's a paper jam after running out of paper, shuts down in the middle of a print job, my computer can't connect most of the time, after scanning 20+ pages I get an error "problem with scanning" and have to start over- multiple times!I've worked with office equipment for 30+ years- never wanted to take a baseball bat to something so badly!
