What is the length of warranty? Is this the real product?

I didn't pay any attention to the warranty but the product is real. You have to try it for yourself. I know you will be impress with the u styler iron I was. It's worth the money. I have natural hair and it straighten it out. My hair never been this smooth. I love it.C. Johnson

Does this flat iron on course hair?

This flat iron works great on coarse hair.

How hot does the degree get?

It has 3 settings. The highest one is around 440, med around 380 (typical max setting for majority of flat irons)

Mine has a gap between the 2 irons that my regular flat iron doesn't have. Anyone else? Having trouble hair slipping out before I get to the ends.

If you got a true Babyliss Pro, there shouldn't be a gap. The plates should line up perfectly and you shouldn't have to apply too much pressure to get the right amount of heat evenly distributed. May check it out with a hairdresser.
