I was expecting a thinner foam, but I'm happy it's built well as it really protects the knees. The extra thickness does make it heavier, and it won't roll tight - but that's a happy compromise for me as I prefer to have the full support rather than a lighter, thinner, flimsier foam. Overall very happy. I also feel this will last a long time.

**Q: Does it have an odor?**
A: No. Not that I've noticed and I have been using it regularly for quite some time now. It helps with my knees and back.

**Q: In one section it says it's 24 X 10 and in another 14 x 10.  which is correct ?**
A: I just measured it to be sure.... It's 10 inches wide by 23 and 1/2 inches long. It fits across the mat almost perfectly. I love it. Use it for my knees and back.

**Q: Could this also double as a head mat?**
A: It could. It is thinker and somewhat less firm than a yoga mat though

**Q: what are the true dimensions? In one place it says 24”x10” and under product info it gives dimensions as 14”x10”.**

Yes - it's perfect! Just the right size, and also suprisingly thick: and that's great. I was expecting a thinner foam, but I'm happy it's built well as it really protects the knees. The extra thickness does make it heavier, and it won't roll tight - but that's a happy compromise for me as I prefer to have the full support rather than a lighter, thinner, flimsier foam. Overall very happy. I also feel this will last a long time.
