It helps with my knees and back. **Q: In one section it says it's 24 X 10 and in another 14 x 10. which is correct ?** A: I just measured it to be sure.... It's 10 inches wide by 23 and 1/2 inches long. It fits across the mat almost perfectly. I love it. Use it for my knees and back. **Q: Could this also double as a head mat?** A: It could. It is thinker and somewhat less firm than a yoga mat though **Q: what are the true dimensions? In one place it says 24”x10” and under product info it gives dimensions as 14”x10”.** A: 24 x 10 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by A***6 on 31 August 2020* Product was delivered in good time and in good condition. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great! *by P***S on 8 October 2026* Great knee pad I use for my barbell weight classes ## Frequently Bought Together - ProsourceFit Extra Thick Yoga Knee Pad and Elbow Cushion 15mm (5/8”) Fits Standard Mats for Pain Free Joints in Yoga, Pilates, Floor Workouts - Gaiam Yoga Knee Pads (Set of 2) - Yoga Props and Accessories for Women/Men Cushions Knees and Elbows for Fitness, Travel, Meditation, Kneeling, Balance, Floor, Pilates - Gaiam Yoga Block - Supportive Latex-Free Eva Foam - Soft Non-Slip Surface with Beveled Edges for Yoga, Pilates, Meditation - Yoga Accessories for Stability, Balance, Deepen Stretches --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/259070428-prosourcefit-extra-thick-yoga-knee-pad-and-elbow-cushion-15mm](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/259070428-prosourcefit-extra-thick-yoga-knee-pad-and-elbow-cushion-15mm) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
