Wacoal Womens Sport Full Figure Underwire Bra

I am 5'10" and the shoulder straps could be longer, but that's always a problem for me in any brand.

I originally got this as a jog bra. It is supportive enough to work as a sport bra. Since it doesn't actually squish or deform my body shape very much --like we have come to expect form many sports bras-- I have been using it as an everyday bra. I especially like it on days when I'm looking for a bit of extra support. I have bought a couple of these. It is a bit weird that the wire is on the outside, but I think it is a clever design that makes it a bit more comfortable.

This is a review for the Wacoal Sport Underwire Bra 855170 (Simone). I have a different version as well, the Wacoal 853302 SPORT CONTOUR Bra. Both are listed with a description of "Women's Plus Size Sport Full Figure Underwire Bra."I really like my 853302 Contour bra but it was not available in my size so I gave the Simone sports bra a try, and I prefer this bra over the other one. While the Contour bra has straps that you can configure as criss-cross back or standard straps, the length adjustment on the satin straps tends to slide to the longest position over time. With the Simone sports bra, the length adjustment is done with a hook through a series of loops on the back of the strap. You can't do criss-cross back, but you don't get the bra straps stretching out and slipping off your shoulders when you work out.The Simone bra is very supportive, and it's very comfortable once you put it on. It runs a little small, and the bottom band does not have a lot of stretch so size up if you are in between sizes. I consistently wear at 36C, even for Wacoal regular bras, but I need a 38C for the sports bras. Because the bottom band doesn't stretch, when you first put it on, it might feel like it's too small or that it's constricting. Do the old bend over and adjust the girls and the band placement trick, and it will fit very comfortably.

Finally a bra that stays in place with good support and looks nice! Straps are a good width not too narrow & don’t rub anywhere!A bit expensive but worth it!

Curvy, busty and using this for 1 hour treadmill/elliptical work-outs. Have worn and put through washer and dryer 20 times before writing this. This bra is fantastic in many ways but has a few flaws for which I've deducted a star. The exterior underwire system is the most comfortable ever and completely eliminates chaffing around the rib cage (wish I had a daily bra with the exterior underwire system) and does not show through clothing; support is great (DDD) and no bouncing around during exercise; straps are comfortable after a bit of initial effort to adjust length; no fat rolls sneaking out on the sides; nice fit against the chest in the center; looks good under a t-shirt. Now the negatives: The thread used to sew the edge by the hooks is almost wire-like and the edge was not finished properly so when connected on the widest size it cut my back and made a scab. I am on a diet and after a week of wear was able to put the bra on the middle hook so that fabric covered the rough edge and I no longer have the problem. Definitely don't recommend if planning to wear on the biggest size of the three options but this will not be problem with tighter two options; Underwire goes high on the sides. I've found this with other Wacoal bras but it seems to be particularly high on this bra and pokes at times; No lining and the "buttons" show periodically which I'm not comfortable with. Yesterday I wore this all day due to a change in my schedule and not being able to change out of exercise clothes. It was every bit as comfortable as my every day bras for a 12 hour day which surprised me. I would definitely buy another one of these because it is the best exercise bra I've owned. But I wish Wacoal would make a lined version and do a little better on quality control.

Ok let’s be honest who loves their sports bra? Well you will love this! It fits and looks like every day bra. Has eye and hook with 5 different shoulder strap adjustment levels. I suggest you have someone help just once, then just match the other bras to that one. I love it because it does not dig into my sides like other sports bras. It is so comfortable! Stays that way for the entire workout!

These do fit a little tighter, like a sports bras. I love that it lifts and separates without me feeling or looking like I'm spilling out! Quality material! Like any other bras, easy to use or out on! I've spent money on RR, and these are far better, especially for the money! I hate buying bras, so I tend to wear them out! I'll be getting a couple more soon!

Cup size is great but band size is slightly tighter so not as comfortable as my first purchase of this item.
